Over a decade spent as a program manager on projects that have been innovative and industry-changing, has given me extensive experience delivering results on fast-paced, high-tech teams while keeping the environment energetic, fun, and sustainable.
From running daily project status and issue triage meetings, to optimizing processes for team agility, working with vendor companies that provide specialized services, and working on specific features, my focus always remains on what is best for the overall project and customers.

I have a well-rounded project background, being responsible for coordinating diverse teams ranging in maturity from incubations to well-established, in size from 20 to 2000 people, with both local and remote employees.
I've been integral to major projects that helped the x64 hardware architecture become popular, that brought Windows XP security up to the level needed for modern Internet connected devices, and that made entrenched Linux advocates and Fortune 500 companies realize that Windows was a viable platform for high performance computing. Projects with ground-breaking technology and the potential for huge impact are my bread and butter.
