I've always been a visual person. Having been a painter, sign language interpreter and, most recently, photographer, I live in a world of images. This sensibility dovetails with my analytical side. Through research, including plenty of active listening, I am capable of visualizing patterns that elude most others, allowing me to understand consumer needs and develop big-picture ideas that can be executed in the real world.

I crave innovation, creativity and collaboration. I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty, and thrive in an environment where I am challenged and constantly learning new things. There is no problem that cannot be solved, and the fun is in developing the solution.

My passion for photography, travel and food have intersected at many times. My photography was published in Out & About, a travel publication, and on various food sites such as the Cooking Channel blog, Foodzie.com, SF Weekly, Blackboard Eats and SF Station. My work also appears on the blog that my husband and I publish, Hedonia, and we self-published a cookbook, Cooking at the Castello, in 2005.
