As a seasoned engineer and startup advisor with training in organizational development, I combine broad experience with deep technical knowledge to make this happen. To maximize impact, I prioritize building relationships and tailoring our focus to meet each individual’s needs.

Whether hacking on code, leveling up engineerings, or coaching leaders, I bring experience from shipping dozens of mission critical products, training over 100 engineers at Facebook, advising dozens of startups, and mentoring at both Silicon Valley and international incubators.

I have built distributed compilers and biotech algorithms, designed systems to crawl billions of machines across the internet, and trained 10x engineers. I’m passionate about solving critical scaling challenges and increasing impact exponentially.
