Patricia Guevarra

As someone who changed her major from mechanical engineering to public relations in the first quarter of her college career, people can sometimes mistake me for indecisive or wishy-washy. I'd like to think I'm just a woman who wants to do it all. Though I do take a liking to numerous subjects and topics, my true passion lies in my writing and even more so, my surrounding environment; politics, pop culture, fashion and technology are all aspects of life that I love learning from. Why limit ourselves to one area of expertise when writing can bring anything and everything into your life?

Social media is also a fairly large chunk of my life, and you can be the judge of whether or not that 's a good thing, but I firmly believe in the digital age—without it, the connections we make everyday would be impossible. I suppose it makes sense then that my current job entails heavy social media management, marketing and interaction. My career has only really just begun, and I look forward to expanding it as much as I possibly can.
