Dr Olfa Koobar

I’m Dr. Olfa Koobar. I’m a French Consultant Neonatologist at CMC and pediatrician in Dubai and head of the NICU. She has an MD in Pediatrics and a subspecialty in Neonatology.

I have worked in France and then in the middle east for the last few years. I have gained expertise in handling premature babies from 23 weeks of gestational age.

I'm passionate about premature infants and very low birth weight newborns management, breastfeeding support, and developmental care implementation.

I love to follow my newborn patients from discharge until the age of 18 and give them advice on nutrition or required vaccines.
