With 23 years of practical industry experience, I have coached and consulted for thousands of business owners and professionals across Nigeria, Africa, North America, the UK, and the USA. I presently hold a PhD in Leadership, Relationship and Organisation Management (Honoris Causa) from ILMMD, UK and Northern Wales, a Master's in Educational Management from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Bachelor's in Statistics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am happily married to Adeola and blessed with three children.
