I am a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Master's candidate in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy (MSPT-MSK), dedicated to bridging clinical practice, academia, and research to improve rehabilitation outcomes.

What I Do

Clinical Expert: Specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, and post-surgical recovery, with experience at Akbar Medical Centre and Muhmand Medical Complex.

Educator & Academic Leader: Serve as Program Coordinator (DPT) & Lecturer at NCS University System Peshawar, teaching anatomy, manual therapy, and differential diagnosis to future physiotherapists.

Researcher: Investigate digital ergonomics, postural health, and post-surgical pain, using data-driven approaches (SPSS, systematic reviews) to advance evidence-based practice.

Advocate: Active member of the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association (PPTA), promoting ethical standards and professional growth in physiotherapy.
