Dr. (Brig) Ashok Rajput (Retd.) is a qualified Pulmonologist with over 35 years of experience in the field of respiratory and sleep medicine. He is one of the best chest doctor in Delhi.

He has completed his MD in Respiratory medicine from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (1981) and MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College (1977). His other qualifications include an MD in General Medicine from Army Hospital (1989), a DNB in Respiratory Medicine from the National Board of Examination (1984) and a Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (1981).

Dr. Ashok Rajput is amongst the pioneers in Sleep Medicine in India and was the first doctor to introduce sleep medicine in the Armed Forces. He is currently the Director and Head of Pulmonology at Fortis Hospital (Shalimar Bagh), New Delhi and has held various leadership positions including Head of Department (Medicine & Respiratory Medicine), R & R Hospital (Indian Army) and AFMC Pune among others.

He was awarded the prestigious Major General Amir Chand Award in 1988 and has a number of commendations to his credit.
