As the Head of Department, I am entrusted with the overall leadership and management of the department within my organisation. My primary responsibility is to provide strategic direction and ensure the effective functioning of the department in alignment with the institution's mission and goals. One of my key duties is to provide visionary leadership, setting academic objectives and priorities that promote excellence in teaching, research, and service.
