I am an Executive Leadership Systems Advisor working with senior leaders and executive teams to make sense of complex organizational challenges that sit beneath the surface of performance, culture, and execution.

Much of my work focuses on helping leaders see the hidden patterns shaping leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, communication, and change.

With over three decades of experience across leadership development, organizational behavior, culture transformation, and executive communication, I support leaders navigating complexity, dysfunction, and organizational change.

My approach integrates systems thinking, narrative leadership, and the science of leadership and organizational behavior. Rather than focusing on isolated leadership skills or surface-level behaviors, I help leaders understand the deeper dynamics shaping how organizations function.

A central part of my work is understanding organizations as both systems of structure and systems of meaning.
Systems thinking helps uncover how decisions, structures, and relationships interact. Narrative thinking helps reveal how meaning, identity, and interpretation shape behavior, culture, and decision-making.

I work with leaders and leadership teams to:
• Diagnose leadership, culture, and organizational alignment challenges
• Improve leadership effectiveness and decision-making in complex environments
• Strengthen communication, executive presence, and strategic storytelling
• Navigate organizational change and transformation
• Develop healthier, more adaptive organizational cultures
• Improve leadership team alignment and effectiveness

I also draw on research and qualitative insight to identify recurring patterns and narratives within organizations, helping leaders see what is often difficult to see from within the system itself.

My work is informed by both evidence-based practice and my doctoral research into how narratives shape identity, meaning, and over three decades of studying leadership and organizational life.

I support leaders who are seeking not just improvement in performance, but deeper clarity about what is driving the system they are responsible for leading, and what they can do about it.
