Catherine has 20+ years of experience in counselling psychology, leadership development, group and team coaching, coach training and supervision, and program design and facilitation. Catherine is known for her warmth, ability to create change, and confidence building approach.

Catherine is a Director with Carr Kline & Associates. She offers executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, psychological coaching, training, facilitation, and career coaching. Her clients come from government, health, education, industry, business and not for profit. She coaches leaders at all levels, including top executive.

In 2011 Catherine helped design and launch the British Columbia Public Service Agency’s innovative team coaching service. In 2012-13 she was a Lead for Strategic Coaching Services, BC Government where she continued team coaching and also strategized and worked to create resilient and engaging workplace cultures. Catherine is now enjoying a full time private practice, with clients in five countries and across Canada. She thrives on new challenges and supporting others with change.

Catherine is a professional certified coach (PCC) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She has Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate (DProf ) in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching from Middlesex University (UK), specializing in team coaching. Her dissertation was awarded the Ken Goulding Award for the most outstanding professional doctorate at Middlesex University in 2012.
