Christine Powell

I am an educator, special education consultant, and public speaker currently living in California. As a special education practitioner I work with individuals and districts on increasing access and equity in educational programs for marginalized populations and individual students. My focus is in POLICY and PRACTICE, ORGANIZATION LEADERSHIP, and EQUITY.

As a private consultant, I work one on one with individuals in the domain of Executive Functioning skills to include time management, prioritizing daily objectives, and refining strategies for accomplishing goals ( money management, emotionality, and career goals).

My work is based in best teaching practices, pedagogy, educational policy, and my doctoral research.

Articles I’ve written have been published in academic journals and parent magazines.
