My passion is working with people who are dealing with challenges in their lives and in need of improving health and lifestyle. The issues I have experience in helping people overcome include a variety of physical imbalances and symptoms, in addition to addictive behaviors and the effects of trauma and extreme stress. For the past 20 years or so, I have worked as a master herbalist, traditional naturopath, psychotherapist, and also addictions counselor. Today, I incorporate my knowledge and skills gained in these roles to help people create and achieve their goals in optimum well-being. This, to me, is a true holistic approach to benefit the client. A person out of balance in any area of their life can manifest from difficult life experiences in addition to mineral deficiency.
