Dr. David Tabaroki

I am Dr. David Tabaroki, a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 20 years of experience providing advanced surgical care in New York. Born in Tehran, Iran, I immigrated to the United States at age 12. Moving to a new country at a young age taught me perseverance, discipline, and the value of education—principles that have shaped both my personal and professional journey. I attended Yeshiva University on a full scholarship and earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, graduating in the top 5% of my class with honors and recognition on the Dean’s List. I then completed four years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Montefiore Medical Center, one of the nation’s premier programs, gaining expertise in complex surgical procedures, dental implantology, and facial reconstruction.

After completing my residency, I founded Queens Blvd Oral Surgery, dedicated to providing patients with personalized, compassionate, and technologically advanced care. Over the years, I expanded my practice to include Jamaica Estates Oral Surgery and Gramercy Dental Group, serving a broad community across Queens and Manhattan. As the owner and lead surgeon, I focus on combining precision, safety, and patient comfort in every procedure—from wisdom tooth removal and dental implants to corrective jaw surgery and facial trauma treatment. My philosophy centers on patient-focused care, emphasizing clear communication, individualized treatment planning, and the use of the latest technologies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Outside of work, I live on Long Island with my wife and five children. I am an avid fan of New York sports, especially the Giants, Knicks, and Yankees, which reflect my love of teamwork, strategy, and dedication—values I bring into my practice. I am passionate about continued learning and staying at the forefront of advances in oral surgery. From 3D imaging and guided implant surgery to minimally invasive procedures, I aim to provide the most precise and comfortable care possible. I also mentor younger professionals, sharing knowledge through workshops, lectures, and professional collaborations.

Community engagement and philanthropy are important to me. I support initiatives that promote oral health education, patient access to care, and professional development for future healthcare providers. Giving back to the communities that have supported me is a core part of my personal and professional mission.
