Dr. Deepak Singh is a social entrepreneur, development professional, and technology practitioner working at the intersection of rural development, education, capacity building, financial inclusion, and technology-enabled social innovation. With over a decade of experience across grassroots institutions and national platforms, his work focuses on translating policy and knowledge into meaningful, on-ground impact.
He is the founder of Tattvabodhini Technologies Private Limited, Bodhivibes, and Abhinav Bihar—three initiatives that reflect his belief that sustainable social change emerges when technology, human values, and community leadership work together. Through these platforms, he engages in areas ranging from AI-enabled learning and digital governance to education, mental well-being, and regional social development.
Dr. Singh’s professional journey began in large-scale rural livelihood and community development programmes, where he worked closely with self-help groups, community institutions, banks, and training ecosystems. Over the years, he has contributed to capacity building and institutional strengthening under national and state-level initiatives linked to the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) and allied programmes.
Academically, he blends development practice with modern innovation. He holds an Executive Post Graduate Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee, supported under a Government of India initiative. His professional training also includes programmes at premier institutions such as NIRD&PR (Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India), BIPARD, and BIRD, Lucknow, along with certification in counseling and human development.
His work has received recognition at national and international levels, including the Padma Shree Global Excellence Award (2026) for contributions to education, social development, and women empowerment. International Recognition at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi Honoured for outstanding social and educational work by Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok (UN Association Member & former Deputy Speaker, Tibetan Parliament). In 2025, he was selected as an award recipient at Cluster of Achievers – London, with events scheduled at the House of Lords and an academic conference at the University of Oxford. He has also been shortlisted as a delegate for the Best Diplomats Conference in Geneva, Switzerland, reflecting his growing engagement with global governance and diplomacy.
