I'm a medical doctor from Indonesia. I graduated from College of medine of Gadjah mada University in 2006. After my graduation I served in Puskesmas (Indonesian's community health center) in 2007- 2008, and a district hospital (2008-2012). During which I learned a lot about tropical diseases, especially HIV, TBC, and Malaria.

In 2010 I began teaching in Medistra Health College, a nursing school located in my hometown, Lubuk pakam, North Sumatera. A "side-job" that helped me won a scholarship from Fulbright to study medical teaching at the ollege of Education at the University of Houston, Texas (2012 - now).

Starting January 2014, I began doing an Ed. D program in Learning Design and Technology.
