Dr. Gail Townes

Dr. Townes is CEO of The Arts & The Anointing School of Ministry and is an ordained Pastor. Her faithfulness to God has allowed her to minister and teach nationally and internationally. Some areas include; Nairobi Kenya, Africa, Bahamas, California, Washington, DC, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York and Virginia. Dr Townes uses her gift to hosts two annual educational workshops and conferences. “In the Fullness of His Glory, Community Dance Conference” in March and “The Tabernacle of Moses Experience” in September. She also provides, private lessons, books, DVDs, garments and other material to enhance the worship experience.

Dr. Townes earned her Master of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Theology. She is currently an instructor in Theology at Kingdom Life Academy International.

Dr. Gail Townes is also the Principal Broker of TNT Prosperous Real Estate, Inc in Richmond and has been in Real Estate for over 30 years. As a Broker, she oversees the sale and leasing of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She is a licensed Virginia Real Estate instructor, a Qualified instructor for the VHDA Homebuyer Education Program, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Speaker and Notary Public. She has trained real estate agents, marketing staff, office staff and has taught many people about the home buying and selling process. She is also a Real Estate Investor and has experience as a Real Estate Developer.

Dr. Townes is a life long learner and has a passion for teaching and community involvement.
