I'm Dr. Hakan Yalcineras a Professor and Earthquake Engineer expert on Corrosion Earthquake and blast load analysis From Turkey. Currently worked in Erzincan University as Associate Professor and Head of the Civil Engineering Department.

I'm Dr. Hakan Yalcinerand Getting my PHD Degree From Civil Engineering Department at Eastern Mediterranean University on Structural Engineering and Material Engineering Program 2012.

I'm Dr. Hakan Yalciner is the first voting member from Turkey to ACI Committee on Corrasion Studies 2018. I'm the Founder and the Chairman of the 13th March Structural Mechanics Lab Since 2016.
