Dr. Hasan Mohammad Al-Amawi is an entrepreneur, author, and business leader. He is the Founder and Director of Douglas McDermott Holdings Ltd and the Founder of Douglas McDermott College.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the International Business Academy of London (IBA London), a Master’s degree from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree from Al-Isra University, Jordan.

Dr. Al-Amawi has completed numerous academic and professional development programs from internationally recognized institutions, including Harvard University, Yale University, IBM, and HP. He also serves as an HP LIFE Ambassador, supporting entrepreneurship, lifelong learning, and professional development.

His interests include business leadership, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, and creative writing. In addition to his business activities, he is a novelist and author of “The Silence We Burned”, reflecting his passion for literature and storytelling.
