I’m Dr. Jaymee Shell, a physician and DEI consultant passionate about advancing equity in healthcare. My work focuses on helping healthcare organizations move beyond statements of intention and put equity into action—improving patient care, strengthening teams, and creating inclusive leadership cultures.

With a background in clinical medicine, I’ve seen firsthand how systemic inequities affect both patients and providers. That experience shapes the way I guide organizations today. I design strategies such as Clinical Equity Rounds, inclusive dashboards, equity audits, and leadership development programs that embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into everyday practice.

For me, equity isn’t just a value—it’s a clinical strategy. I believe that every patient deserves safe, inclusive care and every provider deserves a workplace where they feel supported and respected. My mission is to bridge the gap between vision and measurable results, ensuring that healthcare systems reflect the dignity and diversity of the communities they serve.
