Mark Fisher

I founded Komerci Associates in 2010 and specialise in medical technology start-up business strategy and feasibility. I have over 20 years of experience in new company set up and product development - a scientific entrepreneur. I have worked in both the public and private sectors which gives me a broad experience across disciplines and managing expectation when it comes to turning ideas into businesses. I sit on the boards of a number of companies through to seeing them grow and becoming independent with their own executive management structures.
