Mikel Harry

Dr. Harry® has been widely recognized in many of today's notable publications as the co-creator and principal architect of Six Sigma and the world's leading authority within this field. He has been a consultant and prime deployment contractor to many of the world’s top corporations. Dr. Harry has also taught Six Sigma to many of the world's top business, such as Jack Welch, former CEO and Chairman of General Electric and Robert “Bob” Galvin, former CEO and Chairman of Motorola.

His book entitled Six Sigma: The Breakthrough Management Strategy Revolutionizing the World’s Top Corporations was listed on the National Best Seller lists of the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Business Week.

Dr. Harry has also been a featured guest on popular television programs, such as the premier NBC show "Power Lunch" and multiple documentaries. He is often quoted in newspapers like USA Today and interviewed by the media, such as The Economic Times and numerous professional journals like Quality Digest and the Journal for Healthcare Quality.

Dr. Harry is an Honorary Chairman of the United States Congressional Business Advisory Council and recipient of the US Congressional Order of Merit. In addition, Dr. Harry has received many other distinguished awards in recognition of his contributions to industry and society, like the Arizona State University Lifetime Engineering Excellence Award.

He released The Great Discovery,® which applies the 10 Supreme Laws of Breakthrough, which are simplified into a step-by-step process that captures the Six Sigma Way of Thinking and can be absorbed by all professions and by family members.

In 2003, Dr. Harry founded The Six Sigma Management Institute (SSMI) featuring MindPro®, the most comprehensive Six Sigma training system in the world which is also an affordable and effective eLearning certification tool.
