Narendra Pal Singh Pundhir and Smt. Madhuri Lata Singh, instilled in her a strong sense of duty, discipline, and a passion for education. She completed her higher education at Government College, Multai, where she earned a Master’s degree in Hindi Sahitya, followed by a Ph.D., solidifying her expertise in the field.

Dr. Anumeha's literary journey is marked by the publication of three significant works: Upanyason me Samvedna our Shilp (Prose), Uchchawas ki Saans (Poetry), and Kshitij ke Us Paar (Poetry Collection).
