I am a Psychotherapist, Yoga Instructor, Educational Consultant, & Lifestyle Strategy & Visionary Coach.

I specialize in life and work coaching, yoga, wellness, transformation coaching, visionary leadership/organizational coaching, educational coaching, staff development, mindfulness training, and individual and group counseling.

My mission is to inspire others in their process of transformation-whether its via growth, change, understanding, or learning new processess.

I am a Licensed Therapist with experience in clinical interventions, health and wellness services, education, and research. I incorporate yoga and mindfulness work with my clients and I specialize in Type A personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma work.

I also serve as a professor at various institutions where I teach courses in Social Work, Mental Health, Youth Work, and Sociology. Additionally, I work as a consultant with various not for profit organizations providing workshops and staff development trainings, with a specialization in program design and implementation, program sustainability, and asset building.

My research interests include gender and girlhood studies, youth work, education, and urban studies.
