Teacher who is interested in consistent in learning & Sharing Knowledge:). I believe that one of my teaching strengths is that I am skilled at advising students to design and conduct masters-level research projects that apply to real world problems in business management.

The research is student-driven but faculty directed and completely relevant to emerging issues in the modern trade retail practices.

My current position as Chair person – Research centre legitimizes my efforts to effect changes in the curriculum, and places me where I have an influence on the "learning climate" of the research centre.

Over the time that working with Eight doctoral students as a research mentors. My desire to collaborate with students translates into the research domain. I got an opportunity to organise more than 7 national level research conferences between 2006-2013.

Presently serving in editorial board member in Journals like ABRM,JDR,JIR.

I am a strategic consultant to Lawrence & Mayoo, Sabarro and Loot stores for the new product development and brand launch.
