The Mayor Counselor for Business Development & Head of Investment Department at Jeddah Municipality. Also a CEO at JCESD. Has an ability to manage multiple companies and teams, preparing business continuity plans and designing internal control systems to facilitate effective decision-making. Has over 14 years of experience, including 8 years of International exposure with Blue-ship Multinational companies, in providing leadership to the position of the company at the forefront of the industry, developing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission & objectives, promote revenue, profitability and growth objectives. Dr. Turky is also a Consultant for The Arab Organization for Tourism at the Arab Summit League and member & representative for the Saudi youth entrepreneurs and businessmen at the United Nation. Two companies under his leadership have been awarded as the winners of the Saudi Fast Growth 100 companies in two consecutive years 2009 and 2010. He has also received 4 company awards for 4 different leading projects from Procter & Gamble (P&G).
