Dr.Usha Rajagopal

Recognized as a highly-trained expert in plastic surgery, Dr. Usha Rajagopal is the indefatigable Medical Director of the San Francisco Plastic Surgery and Laser Center in beautiful Union Square. She works with her exceptionally trained staff who are all deeply knowledgeable on the latest technology including: Vectra 3D Imaging for nose and breast simulations; CoolSculpting and SmartLipo for fat reduction and VBeam and Photofacial lasers for skin rejuvenation.

Dr. Usha Rajagopal earned her diploma in Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Rajagopal earned her Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the University of California San Francisco. A member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Rajagopal is known as a caring plastic surgeon with impeccable bedside attitude. She goes out of her way to make every patient as comfortable and confident as possible about undergoing a recommended procedure. She also ensures that patients are fully aware of the direct effects of the procedures so they do not experience plenty of adjustment issues during recovery.

Dr. Usha Rajagopal has performed research that has been published in The Journal of Plastic Surgery. Moreover, she has run clinical trials and moderated guest panels for medical product and laser companies aside from delivering presentations at a variety of Plastic Surgery conferences. Unselfishly, Dr. Rajagopal shares her knowledge and expertise to others in her field by mentoring other physicians on advanced injectable and surgical techniques. She is not daunted by the potential competition this could result in, as she knows well that the area of plastic surgery needs more talented practitioners.
