Victor Fantasia, D.C., F.C.T.S., I.D.E.

Dr. Fantasia has been in active practice in Ontario, Calif., since January 1984. His office is located at 410 N. Lemon Ave., Ontario, CA 91764, at the corner of Lemon & D St., one block east of Euclid Ave. Over the years he has received certification in the following post-graduate courses: Management of Whiplash-related Injuries, Industrial Disability Evaluation and Qualified Medical Examiner for the state of California. He is a member of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, the California Chiropractic Associations and a Clinical Science Division Preceptor Faculty member for the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He is the clinic director of United Chiropractic Health Center offering chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, diagnostic services and Non-Surgical Spinal Disc Decompression (conservative non-surgical correction of herniated discs).
