Dr. Wakeena Dickens

Hello there, I’m Dr. Wakeena, an executive leader and former Army Captain with 18 years of professional experience working in Health IT, Knowledge Management, and training.

I have a proven record of streamlining business needs, creating processes, managing teams, and establishing Key Performance Indicators to meet organizational objectives.

I understand team dynamics, create trust, and build confidence to drive teams towards the vision of the program. I have managed large-scale portfolios, programs, and projects in Training, Education, and Health IT valued at over 18.1 MIL.

I am happily married and a stepmom of three. I love travel, fitness, and dance. I’m also interested in technology and arts and have been featured in publications for my leadership and social contributions in the community.

In my spare time I work with my community-service base sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
