As a young college student I asked "why?" early and often. Thus, I majored in Physics. After my undergraduate degree, I still asked, "why?", but I had gained a large amount of knowledge and I wanted to use it to help people. Therefore, I got my Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering.
Today, I study neurons and how the brain interprets the sounds one hears.
Who knows what I'll decide to do next.
Currently, I am developing a career, both exciting and challenging, that utilizes my scientific and engineering background, technical expertise, relentless curiosity, and leadership skills.
I've learned that we should always leave a place in better shape than when we first arrived. My dream is to always be in a position to do so.
