It is our collective responsibility to do conserve the fast depleting resources has now become the need of hour and this is not possible without the active involvement of every researcher after their academic period. To nurture the student’s future and do the same I got an opportunity through working in my studied educational institute of Government Arts College (Autonomous), Coimbatore as a Guest Lecturer since 2015. I wish everybody should come forward to conserve the BIORESOURCES in your lifetime.

Completed my Graduations (B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., in Zoology) from Government Arts College (Autonomous), Coimbatore, the place where given me a basic knowledge on research and birdwatching . After that I continued my full-time research at Sálim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON), Coimbatore; the projects involved 1) bird census in Andaman Islands, 2) Wetlands and wetland bird assessment in selected wetlands of Gujarat, 3) Social and Environmental assessment study for community based tanks in Andhra Pradesh, 4) a rapid survey on the habitat assessment and population study of the Andaman teal 5) Natural Resource Awareness Club (DNA Club) for school children in Andaman.

Completed my doctorate (Ph.D) in Zoology by researching on "Avifaunal Diversity of the Andaman Islands and their Conservation" from Bharathiar University, Tamilnadu on May 2011.

After my doctorate degree I have experienced in different research sectors exclusively, as:

1) Project Associate in Environmental Management Division at Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun, the projects involved EIA and EMP studies of Triveni Mahadev, Thanaplaun & Surgani-Sundla Hydro-electric during Nov’ 2011 to Jan’ 2012.

2) Project Scientist/Principal Investigator in an Individual project titled "Conservation Action for the Endemic, Endangered Andaman Teal" During Feb 2012-2013.

3) Research Associate (Programme) at ENVIS Centre of Sálim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON) Coimbatore.

4) Junior Consultant (Technical) at National Biodiversity Authority (NBA), (Government of India) Chennai, during May 2013 to May 2014.

5) Atlast, I became an educator from the position of Assistant Professor (Sept 2014 to April 2015) in PG & Research Dept. of Zoology & Wildlife Biology, at AVC College (Autonomous), affiliated by Bharathidhasan University, TAMIL NADU.

6) Since, Aug 2015 I am working as a guest lecturer in PG & Research Dept. of Zoology, Govt. Arts College (Auto), Coimbatore, Bharathiyar University, Tamilnadu
