Dr. Ajit Singhvi is a management thinker par excellence with multi cultural multi business global experience.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Manchester Business School, School of Engineering-Middlesex University, Japan Institute of Plant Management, Ashridge Management College, Institute of Chartered Accountants, and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants amongst others, Dr. Singhvi has gone beyond the frontiers of academics to reach for new horizons in creating knowledge and future driven superior organizations, awarded with two research degrees; the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Engineering (D.Engg) for his novel work on Manufacturing Excellence, and Good Governance for Sustainable People, Process and Performance Development

During 1964-1996 years, Dr. Singhvi worked for May & Baker, British Insulated Cables (BICC), British Leyland, GEC Alsthom and CarnaudMetalbox Groups, in UK, France, India, Nigeria and West Indies in positions ranging from Financial Controller to Managing Director. Between 1997 and 2003, as one of the Corporate Presidents reporting to the Chairman, Dr Singhvi conceived, authored and provided leadership for successful deployment of a holistic Management Model and Methodology that helped Aditya Birla Group’s transformation to higher standards of excellence and competitive advantage in all of its business units in India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Egypt. From 2003 to 2006, Dr Singhvi assisted Argo Pantes Group, a Chinese-Indonesian conglomerate, in various activities as its Management Advisor.

Since 2006, he has been assisting Weaker Sections, to fast track their future without necessarily having to pay for expensive higher education or external services.
Dr Singhvi ensures concurrent development of Technology, Processes, People, and uplifting of Potential. He specializes in management systems that help evolving of Mindset, Culture and Techniques for Superior Sustainable Productivity and Performance.

While in India, during 1997 and 2003 period, Dr Singhvi shared his thinking, model, methodologies and experiences with Management Teams and Workers alike at several Businesses including L & T, Tata & Aditya Birla Groups, Industry Associations, Defense Establishments, faculties and students at IITs, IIMs, Colleges and Universities.
