Dragan Unic

The well known Swedish chef Dragan Unic native from Serbia is famous for his straight forward type of cooking that makes him an interesting and entertaining seminar holder that binds his audience every where he travels.

Dragan is the Worldchefs (WACS) Continental Director Europe North and also a board member of the Swedish Chefs Association SKF and additionally very involved in the Nordic Chefs Federation NKF

Cooking for more than 35 years on the culinary scene has made Mr Unic well known in chef's circles around the world and he is a honorary member in many associations and have been an invited judge at many competitions around the world.

Many people may not know that Dragan also have attained a Sommelier diploma and keeps many lectures on food and wine with both tastings and also pairing with food with great pleasure.

Mr Unic is married to Christina and has two wonderful kids Tamara and Bianca and lives in Viken just outside of Helsingborg in the south of Sweden.
