Dragos Teodor

I'm Dragos Teodor, a Sales Manager at Akins Ford CDJR with a passion for leadership, customer experience, and helping people grow. My career began in automotive finance, where I learned that every customer has a unique story and every important decision deserves honest communication. That perspective continues to shape how I lead today.

I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Gwinnett College, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and have built my career by focusing on trust, continuous learning, and developing high-performing teams. I believe great leadership isn't just about achieving results, it's about investing in people, creating opportunities for growth, and building lasting relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two sons, golfing, and go-kart racing. Whether I'm mentoring a team member, working with customers, or sharing lessons from the automotive industry, my goal is always the same: to help people make informed decisions, continue improving, and build meaningful relationships that last.
