Mark Sintella
Mr.Sintella began his Plumbing Career in April 1977 employed by different plumbers in Nyc. After joining U.A. Nearby 159 as a Material Tradesman and then the Service and Repair Technician, he labored for Billings Plumbing until 1981. In 1981 Mr.Sintella began employed by Benicia Plumbing, Inc. as a Repair and Service Technician. He done numerous tasks including an active Solar power group and done Plumbing Repair warm work on the regional Exxon Refinery. His knowledge was extended in regions of underground piping and hydronic heat along with plumbing in residential and industrial function, both in custom and area house building and repair. Mr.Sintella acquired his Florida Companies License for Plumbing in March 1985. He then was offered a place with Presley Homes of Northern California as a Warranty Manager and was quickly promoted to Project Manager. His knowledge was considerably enhanced in the regions of large grading, soils and site improvements. He done large residential multiple and individual family tasks in all facets of the building of numerous products. After 24 months with Presley Homes, Mr.Sintella was offered a place as Project Manager with Dalton Construction Co., a big Private and Municipal Pipeline Construction business. Mr.Sintella acquired more experience with large underground pipe projects, focusing on the 92" Storm Drain task for Stanford University Hospital and eventually mounted the sewage system in the Town of Haverell. In 1988 Mr.Sintella came back to Monstrato Plumbing and started controlling the Service and Repair Department. Recgonized as an expert in drain cleaning He was later offered to Operations Manager, managing all facets of Shipping, Receiving, Power Tools, Pre-Fabrication and Fleet Management procedures. Mr.Sintella was active in the "Blue Water" lawsuit concerning EBMUD and numerous Developers. He operated and developed a laboratory constructed inside among the issue houses which was underneath the path of Mr.William Ellis, Corrosion Engineer.
