Hello! I am a Registered Nurse and a Youth Trainer currently living in Nicosia, Cyprus.
I'm interested in Cardiovascular Nursing, especially in the nursing care and the quality of life of patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes, Valvular Diseases (Aortic Stenosis and TAVI, in particular), and Takotsubo Syndrome.
I'm also very interested in Health Policy, with a main focus on the impact of the financial crisis on the healthcare systems of Cyprus and Greece, as well as on the use of social media by patients support groups.
As a Youth Trainer, I focus on the development of Competences Models for Youth Workers and Youth Trainers, the professionalisation and recognition of Youth Work, the recognition of the Non-Formal and Informal Learning, the Values-based Education, the Scout Method of Education, and the quality of the European Solidarity Corps.
I love travelling and reading books!
