In 2006 Alexander Simopoulos received his license from the State of California Board of Medical Quality Assurance and earned a spot in the National Provider System. He opened a private practice in West Hollywood, which he would go on to run for nearly a decade. He also accepted a Medical Director position at Beverly Hills Sunset Surgery Center and joined InnoGyn as a Clinical Instructor. Simultaneously Alexander Simopoulos began to expand his own medical training, and over the next few years he was offered membership in some of the most prestigious industry organizations on national and international levels.

Alexander Simopoulos completed his undergrad at Georgetown University, where he earned his B.S. in Biology. He then went on to the University of Virginia School of Medicine where he earned his M.D. Simopoulos completed his internship and residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Over the course of his career, Alexander Simopoulos has completed numerous presentations and publications related to the fields of plastic surgery and gynecology. He also remains highly involved in ongoing clinical research in these fields.

Now Alexander Simopoulos primarily practices at FPA Women’s Health in Los Angeles. He also has staff privileges at Beverly Oaks Surgery Center and Los Angeles Community Hospital. He has performed cosmetic surgeries on patients from every major continent and is consistently named as one of the most knowledgeable surgeons in his field.
