Dr. Ankur Bindal

Dr. Ankur Bindal is the President and Co-Founder of a Southern California-based real estate group founded in 2020, where he oversees companies that provide residential and commercial real estate investment, holding, development, and management services. Before dedicating his full professional focus to this work, he founded and led an integrative psychiatry practice with locations in San Diego and Los Angeles. For nearly 10 years, he served as its chief executive and president, gaining experience integrating healthcare leadership, business operations, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Bindal built his medical career as a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep specialist, serving patients through both traditional and newer treatment options. During his years in practice, he provided medication management, counseling, and other patient-centered psychiatric services. He also worked with treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy and intranasal ketamine treatment. His approach was to offer thoughtful care options to people who needed support, especially those who had not found sufficient relief through standard treatment paths.

Ankur Bindal became known for his work in brain stimulation, particularly Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, a non-invasive outpatient treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. His work included treating former professional football players, professionals, physicians, underserved patients, and individuals from different parts of the world. His training included family medicine, adult psychiatry, and a sleep medicine fellowship through a neurology department. He is board-certified through the appropriate psychiatry and neurology boards, is certified in sleep medicine, and holds fellowship distinctions in psychiatry and sleep medicine. Outside work, he supports schools, military affiliates, health organizations, and community groups, and enjoys time with his wife, daughter, and dog.
