Emanuel Botelho
Dr. Emanuel Botelho is the Rehabilitation Director of Orange County Health and Physical Medicine which is a multi-disciplinary practice located in Irvine, CA. Our specialties are Medical, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Nutrition and Massage Therapy. Dr. Botelho’s practice specializes in cutting edge holistic pain management, as well as physical rehabilitation and wellness.
Before beginning his career, Dr. Botelho attended the University of Massachusetts, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1993. Dr. Botelho went on to study at the prestigious New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY and graduated in June of 1998 as a Chiropractic Physician.
After graduating Dr. Botelho opened his private practice in Massachusetts, with a specialization in physical and structural rehabilitation. During this time, he became part of a select group of chiropractors certified in the treatment technique called the Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, a.k.a. CBP®. This approach can restore spinal structure and create natural alignment in the body. Dr. Botelho is one of less than 10% of all Chiropractors in the world who have attained the CBP certification. Dr. Botelho is considered an expert in the field of physical and structural rehabilitation and has taught extensively on the east coast and Canada in the past.
As a passionate presenter, Dr. Botelho has become active in educating people at their workplace. Offering both education and outcomes based programs. Dr. Botelho strives to offer evidence-based initiatives that empower people to take better control of their health and wellbeing both in the public and private sector. Dr. Botelho has presented locally at such companies as KIA Motors, BBraun Medical, Verizon to name just a few. Dr. Botelho is also actively involved at the Santa Ana and Newport Beach Police Departments.
Away from his practice you’ll usually find Dr. Botelho on local soccer, football, or baseball fields across Orange County…enjoying his time with his 4 sons!
