Bruce Scaff

A well-regarded emergency room physician, Dr. Bruce Scaff possesses more than two decades of experience. With a license to practice in the state of Texas, Dr. Bruce Scaff has treated patients in hospice and emergency room settings, as well as at a comprehensive family practice. A respected member of the medical community, Dr. Bruce Scaff holds privileges at numerous hospitals, including Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation Hospital and Clifton Clinic Family Practice. In addition, Dr. Bruce Scaff has delivered more than 1,500 babies and conducted hundreds of cesarean sections. Additionally, Dr. Bruce Scaff has performed many other surgeries related to childbirth complications, including dilation and curettage procedures. As a testament to the quality of care provided by Dr. Bruce Scaff, many of his patients have continued to seek his services throughout the years, leading the practice and patients to grow together. In order to assist his patients, Dr. Bruce Scaff focused on geriatrics, including inpatient and nursing home care, for a decade. Dr. Bruce Scaff also served on committees aimed at providing quality health care, evaluating areas in need of improvement and implementing necessary changes. Dr. Bruce Scaff has led an impressive career as a Medical Director at a number of facilities, including Clifton Nursing and Rehabilitation, Valley Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation, Meridian Manor Nursing Home, Goodall-Witcher Nursing Home, and American Hospice. Dr. Bruce Scaff also functioned as Bosque County Health Officer for more than five years. In addition, Dr. Bruce Scaff has participated in the Physician of the Day program, sponsored by the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. Actively involved in the program, Dr. Bruce Scaff has provided medical care to Texas legislators, their staff, and families, as well as visitors to the Texas State Capitol. In his leisure time, Dr. Bruce Scaff enjoys spending time with his wife, as well as looking for volunteer opportunities that allow him to utilize his specialized skill set. In addition, Dr. Bruce Scaff continues to promote the field of hospice care.
