Marianne Shockley

Marianne Shockley Cruz received a B.A. in Biology from Georgia College and State University in 1997. Marianne later received her M.S. (2001) and Ph.D. (2009) degrees from the Department of Entomology at the University of Georgia. She is currently an Academic Professional Associate with teaching and research interests in program development in outreach and service, service-learning, entomophagy, forensic entomology, and international. She currently teaches Entomology Outreach & Service-Learning, Entomology for Teachers, and Medical Entomology in Ecuador.
