Dr. Carol Kelley's journey as an educational leader began with a strong academic foundation. With a doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education and an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, Carol Kelley embarked on a career marked by excellence and innovation.

Throughout her career, Dr. Carol Kelley has held pivotal roles in various educational organizations, including Princeton Public Schools, Oak Park Elementary School District 97, and Branchburg Township Schools. Carol Kelley has shouldered diverse responsibilities in each capacity, from strategic planning and systemic equity transformation to curriculum development and instructional leadership.

As Superintendent of Princeton Public Schools, Dr. Carol Kelley spearheads initiatives to address racial, economic, and academic disparities, fostering inclusive learning environments for over 3,900 students. Her visionary leadership has led to the implementing of evidence-based instructional practices and the establishment of emotionally and physically safe learning environments for all students.
