Dr. Cesar Parra owns and operates Piaffe Performance out of White House Station, NJ. Piaffe Performance is a leading training facility for dressage competition. For the last ten years, Dr. Cesar Parra has lead his students to success both nationally and internationally in the sport.

For the past three years, Dr. Parra has qualified and competed successfully in the USEF Festival of Champions in both Intermediare and Grand Prix. His first year he was the Intermediare Champion, and his second year he made the United States team for the Pan American Games.

Dr. Cesar Parra has also won the USDF bronze, silver and gold medals, the Pan American silver medal for Colombia in 1999, and the gold for the United States in 2011, as well as many more throughout his career.

Dr. Parra is a big supporter of the U.S. Dressage Federation and encourages competitors to become active members as well. The UDSF helps to set the industry standards that Dr. Parra strives to follow.
