Howdy, I’m DR CG Vishnu Kumar . I’m a therapist living in Hong kong. I am a fan of yoga, fitness, and education.

Dr Vishnu Kumar has nearly ten years of experience in Hong Kong as a Registered Naturopath, Research Associate, Ayurveda & Natural Beauty Therapy Consultant, Master Herbalist, and Naturopathic Nutritional Diet Therapist. Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Food Science are his passions. In addition to the arts and life sciences, he has an interest in both. An Ayurveda practitioner with formal training, he originates from a family of traditional Indian astrologers situated in close proximity to Tirupathi, the holiest city in India.

​He has over ten years of experience as a chief yoga therapist and research associate lecturer at Asana Andiappan Yoga College in Chennai, South India. In addition, he has conducted extensive research in the fields of Ayurvedic science, naturopathy, and Hatha yoga. Dr Vishnu Kumar, a Life Member of the Tamil Nadu Yogaasana Association and a Registered Under the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (India), has observed and addressed a multitude of issues about sports injuries and injury rehabilitation for physical and sports professionals via yoga therapy and natural therapies.

Guruji, the former president of the Tamil Nadu Yogaasana Association, advised and guided Dr. Vishnu Kumar in this regard. The Chief Justice of the Madras High Court also bestowed upon him the Yogaacharya Award in 2010 in recognition of his efforts to advance Yoga Theoretical Excellence and the spread of Ayurveda in India and around the world. Additionally, he has conducted and participated in CCRYN Free Yoga and Naturopathy Workshop Camps at Chennai, South India's Asana Andiappan Yoga College.
