Dr. Dale Crum earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1984 magna cum laude. His early career experience includes serving with the United States Navy as a general practice resident and a General Dental Officer. While active with the Navy, he contributed to Operation Deep Freeze, working for three-month intervals in Antarctica. From 1987 to 1991, Dr. Dale Crum performed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He subsequently joined Kaiser Permanente in West Anaheim, California as a Staff Surgeon in the Maxillofacial Department. For five years, he focused on providing TMJ, trauma, and orthognathic surgery for Kaiser patients. Dr. Dale Crum joined his current practice, Oral Surgery Plus South, in 1996.
