I'm an action oriented, pragmatic, outgoing and realistic person. In situations that require resourcefulness, I have the ability to use quick thinking along with flexibility to find the most efficient solution. I believe my energizing, charming and sociable character allows me to motivate and inspire others, blending different views together, in order to keep things moving forward. Having said that, I know when to be serious and “play hard-ball” to get to the most desirable outcome. I’m not an egotistical kind of person, always open to learning from the people around me.
