Since 2006, Dr. Deborah Williams has served New York’s Touro College of Pharmacy as an associate professor and as the program director in the college science technology and engineering program. She brings a wealth of experience in program development to her position, as well as an extensive educational foundation in various areas of pathology and biological sciences. Dr. Deborah Williams has also served Touro College with her grant-writing skills, which have yielded hundreds of thousands of dollars in funds for the college over the years.

After graduating from the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art with a 4.0 GPA, Deborah Williams, MD, attended New York University (NYU). While continuing her music education, she completed the Medical College Admission test with a score that ranked in the upper 25 percent of the nation. She was subsequently accepted into the New York University (NYU) as an advanced-standing student. Upon achieving her bachelor’s degree from NYU, she went on to earn a master’s degree there in biochemistry. Dr. Williams later earned her medical doctorate from the State University of New York Downstate School of Medicine before returning to NYU to complete a PhD program in biology.
