I like to try to make the best of any situation. I don't like to get involved in things where there is no hope of a solution. I like learning and applying knowledge to help everyone involved in my life! I enjoy playing volleyball and soccer (not as much anymore - there's so much running!), playing video games, enjoying dinner with interesting people, playing golf with my friends, and the list goes on.
I like to have fun in any situation, but I won't lie, I like to do what I really want to do. I have NO problem trying new activities or food, etc. with the condition that I am not paying money for it...if I don't like it, I don't want to pay for it! I love instant access programs such as Netflix and Spotify as they have changed my life.
In the working world, there is nothing I enjoy more than working on Short Sales and nothing but short sales. If I could only continue to get more short sales to work on, I would be truly loving my job. Short Sales are difficult and definitely create a sense of accomplishment for yourself while helping a homeowner out of a very rough situation. One day, I would love to be able to teach for a living. Whether that teaching be about something related to Real Estate or of Kinesiology (that was my Undergrad!), I know I would truly love both. I've always enjoyed teaching and being able to tutor my friends in Physics and Math in college was so much fun for me! (Yes, I am that guy that gets Math problems after about 2 minutes, so I apologize to those who are not - but you can sit down and read for years at a time and I can't last for more than 30 minutes, so congrats to you!)
Some other random information - I am thoroughly convinced that if books were programmed to read the way I read Video Game Dialogue, I would read about 75 books a week. I read so incredibly quickly when playing a video game and retain all the information, so I think this invention would revolutionize my world! I hate when people use poor language/grammar in typing. (ex. "You're vs. your) I don't advocate lots of swearing as it indicates a lack of vocabulary. I appreciate the Spanish language, but I do think that more people should appreciate the English langauge. It is our National language and the most complex language there is! I played Volleyball in college and loved it. I love Wendy's. I will always accept free food! If there is something I didn't cover in here - believe me - you will find out!
