About me, hummm, let's see, i'm 65 and some days actually feel like it, most of the time don't even think about age. Married to my best friend, we started going together when I was 16 yrs old, married in 1966 and after some major bumps in the road it seems like clear sailing here on out. We have 2 grown sons who have managed to bless us with 2 of the most beautiful granddaughters ever! If you want a girl, go for the grandchildren, much easier....my husband is one the BEST automobile upholstry people around, we have owned our business since 1975, down to part time now because he had to find a part time job, I don't work right now, worked in the shop as secratary, laborer whatever was needed. So I decided to really get into quilting, my mother-in-law taught me how, and i've come a long way since then, love to sew, love to quilt, one of my wishes would be to have a sunroom added onto our living room for sewing room, if only. I found this web site and plan on adding quilts i've done to share with others who love sewing/quilting, i'm taking an online class on how to paper piece and love it, have learned soooo much, i'm in the process of designing a wedding quilt for my sort of step- granddaughter, I have a year to do this and want to make it the best ever.
