Sebastião spent is childhood in the portuguese countryside in Rio Maior, close to the Serras d'Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, who ended up being the scenery for his first adventures while still a teenager. Being always in love with the mountains he graduated in Outdoor Sports and Activ Tourism in university. Since then he was already a ski instructor in Austria and a surf instructor in Portugal (Sagres), he was even a gardener, everything to make him able to keep going. he started with alpinism in spain in the year of 2010, this is the activity where he always tries to go further. Last year he cycled around Europe for three months, and recently he started this adventure of writing a blog about his adventures and travels.

Sebastião viveu a sua infância no campo em Rio Maior, bem perto das Serras d’Aire e Candeeiros, que acabaram por ser palco das suas primeiras aventuras na natureza, ainda em adolescente. Desde sempre um apaixonado pela montanha formou-se em Desporto de Natureza e Turismo Ativo, onde aguçou ainda mais a paixão pelo desporto outdoor. Desde então já deu aulas de ski na Áustria e de surf em Sagres, foi até jardineiro, tudo para poder partir de novo. Iniciou-se em 2010 no alpinismo em Espanha, atividade onde projecta ir sempre mais alto e mais longe. O ano passado viajou durante três meses de bicicleta pela Europa e embarcou recentemente na aventura de escrever um blog de viagens e de aventura, onde se compromete a viver em função dos seus sonhos.
